The Cathedral of Blue Light
Two days before the New Moon, open to what you actually need. Allow your need to be filled. Overflow with light.
I try not to make too many plans for these monthly Zoom calls. If I plan, I miss the opportunity to open to what is asking to move through me. Before each call, I take a walk in the farm. Sometimes, I take a drive. Sometimes, I sit in my little sanctuary by the front door, watching the sun rise.
I try to notice what seems to be calling to me. I listen with all of my senses open, noticing everything. I let my heart - and intuition - sift through all of this and out of that sifting a pattern emerges. In this way, I ‘constellate’ the content of the call. It’s a gathering process - the same one I use when I’m writing, when I’m working on a question or listening with a client. Everything that happens is included and sifted. A cat interrupting the conversation. A truck whizzing by with specific words painted on the side. A baby calf nursing from its mother cow. A woman in a parking lot. A dream.
We’ll explore this ‘Constellation’ process this month in our first six-week workshop over at Becoming Real. These workshops are for paid subscribers ($8 a month) and include a weekly written module plus 24/7 discussion in the comments and chat.

This week, we worked with the images from a dream in which all of us were bathed in miraculous blue light. Paid subscribers will find the recording of our discussion and meditation below.
If you’re a Free Subscriber, know that you are always welcome to join the circle. Our calls are small and intimate with guided meditation and live group coaching and sharing. Sign up here. ($28 a month) to participate in these calls.
I’d love to meet you there.
